Le Bambou Gorilla Lodge is located near the entrance of Volcanoes National Park in Kinigi, northern Rwanda. The lodge sits close to the park headquarters used for gorilla trekking briefings. This area provides access to mountain gorilla and golden monkey habitats. The surroundings include bamboo forest and farmland edges.
The lodge features simple cottages built with brick and thatch. Units are arranged across garden grounds with forest views. Each cottage includes a private veranda. The design is practical with local materials.
