One&Only Nyungwe House sits on the edge of Nyungwe Forest National Park within a working tea estate in southwestern Rwanda. The lodge borders dense rainforest used for guided treks. This zone supports chimpanzee and other primates. The terrain includes rolling hills and thick forest cover.
The lodge features wooden villas spread across a tea-covered slope. Each unit faces the plantation and forest line. Private decks open toward layered green views. The design uses timber with raised structures.

- By air – Fly to Kamembe Airport, then continue by road
- By road – Drive from Kigali via Huye toward Nyamasheke
