Serengeti and Arusha Safari – Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha National Park – Forest and Walking Safari
Start from Arusha and drive to Arusha National Park. This park is set at the base of Mount Meru and offers a mix of forest, lakes and open areas.
Enjoy a full day game drive with the option of a walking safari. You may see giraffes, buffalo, zebras and the black and white colobus monkey. The park is also good for birdlife.
Return to your lodge in Arusha for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Arusha to Serengeti – Transfer and Evening Safari
After breakfast, travel to Serengeti National Park. You can choose a road transfer of around 6 hours through scenic landscapes or a short flight.
On arrival in the central Serengeti region, check in and head out for an evening game drive. This area is known for strong wildlife activity, especially around the Seronera River.
Day 3 and 4: Serengeti Safaris – Big Cats and Open Plains
Spend two full days exploring the Serengeti. You can go for early morning and afternoon game drives or a full day safari with packed lunch.
The Serengeti is known for its large predator population. You may see lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Depending on the season, you may also witness part of the Great Migration.
Day 5: Morning Safari and Return to Arusha
Start the day with a morning game drive when wildlife is active. After breakfast, return to Arusha either by road or flight.
On arrival, you are dropped at your hotel or airport, marking the end of your safari.

- If cancellation requested before 30 to 44 days prior to departure – 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
- If cancellation requested before 15 to 29 days prior to departure – 10% of the tour cost will be refunded.
